Veterans and Military Members

Veterans deserve to be treated with dignity. My father was a Navy veteran, serving on the USS Lexington in 1936-1940. As your representative, I will prioritize:

​

• Expanding access to housing and job search assistance for our veterans

• Ending discriminatory housing policies against veterans

• Ensuring access to quality health care

• Increasing mental health services

• Expanding the use of veteran’s courts when appropriate

• Continuing to focus on veterans’ homelessness

• Supporting veterans’ teacher preparation programs

As your state representative, I will always be a strong voice for our veterans, military members, and their families.
